At Havenchapters, we sell digital products only, including downloadable PDF books and other digital content. Because all products are delivered electronically and are accessible immediately after purchase, all sales are final.

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed and the digital product has been delivered, accessed, downloaded, or made available.

This policy applies to all products sold on Havenchapters, including but not limited to:

  • Downloadable digital files

  • Digital reading materials

  • Bundles and collections

  • Any instant-access digital content

2. Why Refunds Are Not Offered

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, they cannot be physically returned.

Once a file has been delivered or access has been granted, the product is considered used, accessed, and non-returnable.

For this reason, we maintain a strict no-refund policy to protect against:

  • Unauthorized use after download

  • Digital file copying or saving

  • Duplicate access claims

  • Abuse of instant delivery systems

  • Fraudulent refund or chargeback attempts

3. Exceptions (If Applicable)

A refund or replacement may be considered only in limited cases, such as:

  • You were charged more than once for the same order

  • You did not receive your file due to a verified technical issue on our end

  • The file is corrupted, inaccessible, or unusable, and we are unable to provide a working replacement

  • A duplicate order was placed accidentally for the same product

In these cases, we may choose to:

  • Issue a partial or full refund at our sole discretion

Most issues can be resolved quickly without needing to file a dispute.

5. Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention

By purchasing from Havenchapters, you agree that:

  • You understand you are purchasing a digital product

  • You understand the product is delivered electronically

  • You understand there is no physical item shipped

  • You understand that all sales are final once access is granted

We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks and payment disputes where:

  • Download access was provided

  • The file was delivered successfully

  • The customer accessed or downloaded the product

  • The order matches the billing details provided at checkout

  • Fraudulent or abusive behavior is suspected

We may provide payment processors or financial institutions with evidence including:

  • Order confirmations

  • Download/access logs

  • IP address/device data

  • File delivery records

  • Customer communications

  • Checkout acceptance records

6. Order Accuracy

Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure:

  • The selected product is correct

  • The email address entered at checkout is accurate

  • The customer understands the product is digital

  • The customer has the appropriate device/software to access PDF files

We are not responsible for refunds based on:

  • Not reading the product description

  • Not understanding that the product is digital
