At Havenchapters, we sell digital products only, including downloadable PDF books and other digital reading content.

Because all products are delivered electronically, no physical items are shipped.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms below.


1. Digital Delivery Only

All products sold by Havenchapters are digital products.

This means:

  • No physical books or items will be mailed

  • No shipping carrier will be used

  • No tracking number will be provided

  • Your order is delivered electronically after purchase

Orders are typically fulfilled through:

  • Download links on the order confirmation page

  • Download links sent by email

  • Access instructions provided after checkout

  • Other secure digital delivery methods used by our store


2. Delivery Time

Most digital orders are delivered immediately or within a few minutes after successful payment.

In some cases, delivery may take longer due to:

  • Payment review or verification

  • Temporary system delays

  • Email delivery delays

  • Technical issues with Shopify or third-party apps

  • High order volume

  • Incorrect customer email address entered at checkout

If you do not receive your order right away, please allow a short processing window before contacting support.


3. No Physical Shipping

Since Havenchapters sells digital products only, the following do not apply:

  • Shipping fees for physical items

  • Tracking numbers

  • Delivery carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.)

  • Shipping time estimates for mailed products

  • Physical returns due to shipping issues

If you are expecting a package in the mail, please note that nothing will be physically shipped.


4. Customer Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure:

  • A valid email address is entered at checkout

  • The billing and contact information is accurate

  • Your device can access PDF files

  • Your inbox, spam, junk, or promotions folder is checked for delivery emails

  • You save or download your purchased files after delivery, when applicable

We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by:

  • Incorrect email addresses entered by the customer

  • Email provider filtering or spam blocking

  • Customer device/software limitations

  • Customer failure to download or save files in a timely manner


5. Missing Delivery / Download Issues

If you do not receive your digital product, please contact us before filing a payment dispute.

We are happy to assist with:

  • Missing download links

  • Email delivery issues

  • Broken or expired download access

  • Corrupted or unreadable files

  • Duplicate orders

  • Technical access problems

In many cases, we can quickly re-send or restore access.


6. Delivery Confirmation

Once a digital product has been delivered, access has been granted, or a download link has been made available, the order is considered fulfilled.

This may include:

  • Successful display of a download page

  • Delivery of a download link by email

  • Access to the digital file after checkout

  • Confirmation through our digital delivery systems


7. Refunds Related to Delivery

Because our products are digital and delivered electronically, shipping-related refunds generally do not apply.

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Expecting a physical shipment

  • Not understanding the product is digital

  • Failing to check spam/junk folders

  • Entering an incorrect email address at checkout

  • Device/software incompatibility with PDF files
